The Agency is assisting Resource Centre For Suicide Prevention (RCSP) in the recruitment of a dynamic and strategic Executive Director. The successful candidate will lead the organization in mental health promotion and suicide prevention initiatives within their community. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage RCSPs strong reputation and recent successes to make a meaningful impact. The Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Directors, overseeing resource management, advocacy efforts, and organizational leadership.RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Directors, overseeing resource management, advocacy efforts, and organizational leadership.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, and donors
- Represent RCSP at events and in media interactions
- Oversee annual budgeting and daily financial operations
- Coordinate grant applications and fundraising activities, ensuring compliance with monitoring and reporting requirements
- Handle all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages excellence, professional development, and accountability
- Support Board governance with timely information and meeting preparation
- Maintain and implement the organizations Policy Manual
- Coordinate strategic planning and implementation of suicide prevention programs
- Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices
- Attend relevant training sessions and conferences
- Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Services or Business (social work preferred)
- Experience in non-profit program development and supervision
- Proficiency in budget management and grant writing
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Team player with creative problem-solving abilities
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant certifications are an asset
