Office Assistant Position

Hospital Transfers is the leading provider of non-emergency, patient transfers for medically stable patients throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Using our specially equipped fleet of vehicles, our crews transfer patients via wheelchair and stretcher throughout the healthcare system.
Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking to fill a full-time Office Assistant position. This position would be working on a Monday to Friday schedule, during office hours.
Job Description/Responsibilities
-general administrative duties such as scanning and filing documents
-data entry
-updating files and employee records
-accurate record-keeping
-speaking with employees over the phone and in-person
-using computers, scanners and printers
-updating templates
-preparing basic reports
-complete all required paperwork
-any other duties as assigned by Hospital Transfers
Skills & Qualifications Needed
-strong attention to detail
-computer and data entry skills
-strong degree of data accuracy
-strong organizational skills
-good communication skills
-the ability to work within a team environment or on your own
Our compensation package includes hourly wage, an annual discretionary bonus, and Group Benefits and RRSP Program eligibility.
