Triumph Group of Companies, is a GTA based commercial glazing company, looking for a Plant Manager for our Glazing manufacturing Plant Applicant MUST HAVE current, relative industry experience with commercial glazing, doors & hardware.

We manufacture our own aluminum extrusions, as well as the supply and installation of architectural glass and aluminum products. We specialize in large commercial, small commercial and high end residential projects.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrate leadership, communication and people management skills to drive plant performance
• Continuously improve activities and driving results in safety, quality, service and productivity
• Production planning, scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and project management
  
• Implement systematic approaches to delivering and sustaining results
• Develop proactive maintenance practices
• Meet deadlines, working independently, and practicing good organizational skills

Skills:

• Strong PC & software skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise a definite asset
