Job SummaryThe Services Coordinator performs the majority of functions related to client management such as scheduling, client and caregiver communication, and more. She/he organizes and schedules clients and anticipates staffing requirements to effectively manage client volumes. The activities are conducted in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures. There will be a requirement to be on call after regular business hours from time to time.

Responsibilities
- Effectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services
- Ensures compliance with standards of care
- Monitors referral trends and anticipates increases/decreases
- Responds to client/employee inquiries immediately
- Ensures all relevant information is received either in written/verbal/electronic format
- Assists with tracking and validating client-related documentation
- Assesses client satisfaction
- Responds promptly to incidents/complaints/compliments, documenting completely and relaying information to Care Coordinator immediately
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Knowledgeable in all Windows applications
- Experience with scheduling software is an added benefit
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with direct employee supervision
