1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Field Operations Manager to partner with our Franchise Communities to ensure operational excellence and drive overall top line revenue growth.

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 50% of the time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Accountable for driving overall top line revenue growth for the organization with an assigned portfolio
  • Accountable for driving key KPIs for each franchise location as identified by the Vice President of Franchise Operations
  • Build long-term relationships with Franchise Partners, identify business growth opportunities that can be progressed through coaching
  • Conduct regular field visits with each Franchise Partner in assigned portfolio (up to 50% travel annually)
  • Coach Franchise Partners and their team members on all aspects of running the daily operations of the franchise (train new systems where required)
  • Provide guidance and coaching for Franchise Partners to ensure actions and solutions meet customer needs, company brand targets, pricing guidelines, national accounts/strategic alliance agreements and profitability recommendations
  • Enforce brand compliance to maintain consistency throughout the franchise system
  • Championing brand strategy through the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? way, including operational processes for corporate programs and promotions in support of departmental objectives
  • Provide full financial analysis and recommendations for franchise businesses including P&L and Balance Sheet review and cash flow analysis. Coach towards betterment within franchise financial health
  • Assist with delivering regional and local training events and facilitating within peer groups
  • Demonstrate PIPE within the system, be a role model for growth and a Brand Ambassador within all communities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience: 2 years minimum, Multi unit business leadership and/or multi unit franchisee coaching experience at a regional level
  • Coaching, facilitation, profit and loss analysis
  • General knowledge around development and execution of strategic plans
  • Ability to lead multiple activities
  • Ability to work in teams and be collaborative
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Lean process management, project management skills,
  • Experience facilitating performance management of cohorts
  • Education: High School graduate required
  • Post Secondary Education: is an asset
  • Coaching certification is an asset

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary $85,000-105,000 + Bonus (will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity)
