Are you a skilled cook with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences? Our New Hamburg restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated cook to join our team. We're dedicated to high-quality food, exceptional service, and a positive kitchen environment.

• Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with daily menu planning, including specials and ensure all dishes align with our culinary vision and standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times, adhering to local health regulations.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation, handle inventory, and monitor ingredient stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experience.
  

• Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience in a professional restaurant setting; familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a passion for culinary arts.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy periods.
• Willingness to take direction and contribute to menu ideas.
• Able to handle standing, bending, and moving throughout shifts in a fast-paced environment.
