• Package and label various types of meat products
• Weigh and portion meat products according to specifications
• Ensure products are packaged and labeled accurately
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in a meat packing or food production environment preferred
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Basic math and reading skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
