Join a leading construction company as an Assistant Superintendent in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you'll support the Site Superintendent in managing crews and ensuring the smooth execution of multidisciplinary commercial construction projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining project schedules and resolving any issues that arise.

What You Do:
- Assist in the management of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and project team to address challenges and implement solutions.
- Support the enforcement of safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure that resources are used efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including project managers, trades, and clients.
- You are a dedicated construction professional with a proven ability to manage teams and ensure project success.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Certified with NCSO and Journeyman Carpenter ticket (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to project sites.
- Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
