Job Overview:
As the Proposal Manager at OPTASY, you will drive our proposal creation process, focusing on RFPs and project proposals centred around Drupal/WordPress development. This role requires a deep understanding of Drupal/WordPress's capabilities and project lifecycles, enabling you to create persuasive and strategic proposals that align with client needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing technical accuracy with compelling narratives to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Management: Oversee end-to-end proposal processes, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
- Content Development: Craft proposals communicating OPTASY's Drupal expertise, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, project, and client teams to refine proposal content.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve proposal strategies and templates for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience writing compelling content in a sales context, within web development, with a strong focus on Drupal/WordPress.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Drupal / WordPress, content management systems, and digital solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate technical details into persuasive language.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- The ability to turn technical material into compelling, easy-to-digest narrative
- An understanding of web design and development concepts
- An understanding of the procurement process and the needs of public sector organizations
Bonus for:
- A background in digital design, development, or marketing
- Experience using Drupal or WordPress
- Written and verbal communication skills in French
- Experience writing marketing copy
