As a Leadhand, you will be responsible for promoting a positive and productive work environment, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory counts, and providing exceptional leadership to your team. Your strong technical skills, combined with your ability to effectively manage and motivate others, will be essential to your success in this role. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our SAP systems and supporting our broader manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform all job functions at a high level for the production consumption reporting aspect of the SAP Clerk role
  • Respond to inquiries regarding entered data and to troubleshoot process order variances
  • Required to assist in Receiving and Warehouse transactions and to investigate issues
  • Daily counts on critical items and scheduled chance of reconciling raw materials and packaging
  • Asist in maintaining inventory accuracy and verifying the various bins
  • Continuous communication of physical variances with the Inventory Supervisor, purchasing team to achieve appropriate inventory levels
  • Investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancies and scanning errors, report findings to the Inventory Supervisor
  • Maintain daily collaboration between SAP Clerk and Warehouse team to support timely clearing of COGI, negative errors and PSA reconciliation
  • Responsible for reconciling variances in daily process order report through collaboration with Finance Analyst
  • Perform daily audits on production locations in SAP to verify all Rework CS are consumed in timely manner
  • Create standard operating procedures for all functions of the department and update when required
  • Provide training, guidance and coaching to the team to strengthen the department
  • Ensure a safe work environment based on O.H.S.A.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
  • Adhere to and hold team accountable to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual
  • Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in employee handbook

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education
  • 2-3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience of the SAP system
  • Detail oriented, can work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of inventory management
  • Good to have food and beverage industry background
