Job DescriptionArcadis is seeking a Project Manager for our Project Management-Buildings Team to be responsible for and manage small to medium projects involving industrial buildings and facilities, with a focus on electrical facilities

Role accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Clients as single point of contact on different projects in different phases of project delivery (Feasibility, Concept, Design, CA, Close Out)
- Manage industrial, commercial and institutional building projects from start of design to completion of construction
- Manage multi discipline teams in coordination with the discipline Group Practice Managers to produce designs and maintain quality of deliverables
- Drive an attitude within project teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team
- Assist in preparing proposal and fee letters for new work
- Facilitate regular stakeholder and project sponsor meetings to define project direction and priorities in line with corporate objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Electrical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management with projects related to industrial, commercial and institutional buildings
- Professional affiliation is an asset
- Working in environment of collaboration with clients, consultants, vendors.
- Proven experience in RFP process and proposal submission.
- Excellent command of English Language, both written and verbal
