Role Description: Understanding & Elaborating the user-stories? Explain the OOTB ClaimCenter capabilities? Configure / Customize ClaimCenter Application ? Quick Resolving of issues? Coaching, leading, monitoring, mentoring, and supporting team members? Review of code and Participate in code reviews
Essential Skills: ? Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development with at least 2 projects worked as a Configurator/ Configuration Lead? Strong experience in Guidewire integration and configuration (SME-level knowledge)? Guidewire Professional Certification in ClaimCenter Configuration preferred? Must have Guidewire Associate certification? Strong P&C Insurance Domain knowledge with a focus on Claims ? Knowledge of Claims Financials is preferred? Adaptable & Flexible in working under changing and different work environment? Must have excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills? Ability to be cross-functional across work streams? Experience in Agile? Guidewire Best Practices - Associate certified (Mandatory)? Guidewire certified ClaimCenter configuration ? Specialist (Mandatory)
