Role Description:

? Understanding & Elaborating the user-stories

? Explain the OOTB ClaimCenter capabilities

? Configure / Customize ClaimCenter Application

? Quick Resolving of issues?

Coaching, leading, monitoring, mentoring, and supporting team members

? Review of code and Participate in code reviews

Essential Skills:

? Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development with at least 2 projects worked as a Configurator/ Configuration Lead

? Strong experience in Guidewire integration and configuration (SME-level knowledge)

? Guidewire Professional Certification in ClaimCenter Configuration preferred

? Must have Guidewire Associate certification

? Strong P&C Insurance Domain knowledge with a focus on Claims

? Knowledge of Claims Financials is preferred

? Adaptable & Flexible in working under changing and different work environment

? Must have excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills

? Ability to be cross-functional across work streams

? Experience in Agile

? Guidewire Best Practices - Associate certified (Mandatory)

? Guidewire certified ClaimCenter configuration

? Specialist (Mandatory)
