Carfair Composites is a leader in fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) design and composites technology and has dedicated team members located in facilities between Winnipeg, MB (Canada), St. Cloud, MN (USA), and Anniston, AL (USA), Wausaukee, WI (USA) and Gillett, WI (USA).

Position Summary

About the Role: As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for efficiently assembling high-quality products using hand tools, following safety protocols, and working in a collaborative team environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Put Together Parts – Use tools to assemble metal parts and fiberglass parts to create key components for buses based on blueprints.
• Handle Materials – Lift and place parts together to create sub assembly parts
• Check Quality – Ensure each part is assembled with precision and meets our quality standards
• Collaborate with Your Team – Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly.
