- Advanced Diagnostics: Use state-of-the-art Caterpillar testing equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Accurate Reporting: Complete detailed service reports and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceed Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs every time.
- Education & Experience: You have a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Customer & Safety Focus: You're dedicated to safety and delivering outstanding customer service, and you have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Expertise in Diagnostics: Your excellent diagnostic skills (mechanical, electrical, and electronic) and keen attention to detail make you stand out.
- Self-motivation & Integrity: You take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate high integrity in everything you do.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must, and knowledge of Caterpillar systems is a bonus.
- Flexibility: You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet business demands.
- Valid Drivers License: A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
