Content Bloom is a close-knit, international company headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As an enterprise consulting agency, we work with Fortune 500 companies to implement cutting-edge Digital Experience Platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud and best-of-breed composable platforms. We are seeking an experienced freelance UX/UI designer for an on-demand, part-time, hybrid role. This position will lead design efforts on client projects and internally, helping to grow and strengthen our capabilities in this domain.
Qualifications - What you need to get the job:
- Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong leadership and mentor abilities
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work virtually
- Ability to strongly voice your opinions, while still actively hearing others
- Foresight to find and fix issues before anyone ever notices something is wrong.
- Professional experience as a UI / UX Designer or a similar role
- Experience with HTML / CSS / JS
- Working knowledge of front-end development
- Canadian Citizenship or authorization to work within Canada
- The ability to work in the USA and willingness to travel globally
