As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and driving their success. You will collaborate with our Chinese-speaking clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. • Manage and lead a team of employees
• Ensure team members are meeting performance targets
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
