About the Job
As a BDR, you will be the linchpin in scheduling demos for our Account Executives, building a foundation of trust and confidence with qualified prospects. Your role is crucial in demonstrating how our software, products, and services can address specific business challenges, thereby facilitating meetings and demos for the team. With your contributions, we aim to provide a seamless transfer of prospect knowledge and insights, driving new business opportunities and achieving our shared goals
Your Impact
As a BDR you'll work with our Channel Sales Team to:
- Dive deep into developing and cultivating a list of targeted prospects, focusing on highly qualified leads through strategic engagement and research.
- Engage, qualify, and book demos and meetings with specific Channel Partner prospects in your vertical, utilizing your expertise to build trust and showcase how our solutions meet their unique business challenges.
- Work closely with large and medium-sized partners, building a profound understanding of their vertical to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Ensure that all scheduled demos are with quality prospects, setting the stage for successful partnerships and solutions implementation.
What You Bring to the Table
- Seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years experience, ready to share detailed quota performance, including percentage to quota, year-over-year growth, and the number of leads generated through both inbound and outbound efforts. Familiarity with various sales methodologies preferred.
- Must be proficient in CRM tools and Google Docs, demonstrating the ability to leverage technology to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Looking for individuals who can prove their self-motivation through references. Candidates should be prepared to showcase how their initiative has driven their success.
- Candidates should demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, supported by references that can attest to their dedication, resilience, and drive to achieve results.
- Must be located in Saskatoon and willing to work in the office, underscoring the importance of a collaborative, in-person team environment.
