We are seeking a talented and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals while ensuring high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals to comply with allergies.
• Supervise kitchen helpers and transfer skills
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May set up and oversee buffets for banquets as required
• Keep kitchen and work area clean at all times to follow safety standards Follow pre determined size of food portions, estimate food requirements for orders and for daily prep cooking
• May train kitchen staff Other duties that apply
