Part Time Evening Cleaning
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for evening cleaning, that has their own means of transportation to & from the job sites located in the Maugerville Area.
The successful candidate must have their own vehicle and License to get to and from jobs sites each night
Hours would be:
Sundays from 12pm 7:30pm
Wednesdays from 5:30pm 12:00am
Potential to add more hours & locations for the right candidate.
The successful candidates are required to have the following:
- Have a valid drivers license & own transportation to & from the job site.
- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
Job Duties would include but not limited to.
Building Cleaning.
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Disinfecting touch points
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Dusting
- General cleaning duties
- Garbage removal
- And more as directed by supervisors.
- Helping co-workers
