WB Melback Corporation is a wholly Canadian owned company with headquarters based in Haileybury, Ontario with job sites all over the country. WB Melback Corporation provides Mechanical Maintenance and Industrial Construction Services to Forestry and Mining sectors across Canada.
WB Melback Corporation is currently hiring Office/Safety Administrators at the Wawa, OSB plant.
Responsibilities:
- Computer experience required including Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Word
- Provide support to the Health and Safety Manager
- Assist payroll with timesheet management
- Assist with travel planning for employees
- Ability to manage communications accurately and efficiently while multi-tasking and managing multiple projects
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills
- Ability to develop, maintain and organize files and records
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Business or Administrative diploma or other relevant education and/or experience.
The following certifications are an asset:
- Accounting experience
- Bilingual (French)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some weekend work may be required
Shifts: 10 hours per day
