Supply Chain Analyst – On-Site (Mississauga, ON)

Reporting to the Vice-President, Procurement, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will play a critical role in liaising between assigned brands, category management team, and distribution/vendor partners, while optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the execution of supply chain plan to support the success of marketing plans on new promotions and LTOs; proactively raise red flags when budget deviations or supply constrains are anticipated.
  • Leads the execution of new business onboarding.
  • Manages and mitigates supply chain risks (inventory excess or gaps, store openings and closures, and ad-hoc shipments).
  • Owns and leads the creating and execution of supply chain analytics.
  • Owns and manages distribution of monthly Supply Chain KPIs accurately and promptly.
  • Own and manage supply chain compliance and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Assist and/or perform special projects and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics and planning, preferably within the food service industry.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team player with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pro-active, persuasive, influential and flexible attitude.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Self-starter and result oriented.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of CPG, Retail or Food Industry
  • Experience in food service distribution is a plus
  • Experience with EPR or demand planning/forecasting software is an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and/or similar software skills
  • Experience with EPR and data systems is an asset.
