Our client is an award-winning boutique law firm working with clients in some of the most exciting industries. They specialize in law across Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Franchising Law and Litigation. They are located in downtown Toronto and looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support their internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about client management.
  • Handling day-to-day client interactions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams
  • Helping to manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and feedback
  • Managing client interactions, including greeting visitors, being hospitable, and managing mail runs
  • Demonstrating high attention to detail and organizational skills in managing client data effectively

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (internships count!)
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities
  • Possesses a go-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects
  • Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities
