We areseeking a detail-oriented and experiencedQuality Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, honest, responsible, driven, detail-oriented yet big-picture thinkers, organized, and professional.

As a Quality Manager, you'll oversee Tackpoint's Quality Assurance Program, ensuring high standards are maintained and improved. You'll manage ISO 9001 compliance, support future programs, maintain daily operations, and drive improvements. Key responsibilities include developing quality systems, monitoring metrics, researching new technologies, and collaborating with teams to resolve quality concerns, optimize processes, and foster continuous improvement. You'll also conduct audits, maintain compliance, and support the Controlled Goods Program.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance and machine shop work.
• Preferred: Quality Control Inspector experience, Coordinate Measuring Machine skills, Lean Six Sigma certification, and a technical diploma or degree.
