We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our GROWING team!
**This is an entry level position - New Grads Welcome!! Or someone with related experience.
**This is NOT a Remote position.

Shifts:
Monday to Friday 7am to 330pm.

Responsibilities:

• Social media management, content creation, tracking.
• Data base management.
• Call tracking.
• Marketing administrative tasks.
• Researching, compliling and analyzing social medica trends.
  
• Creating storyboards, video recording and editing reels for Facebook, Instagrm and Tik Tok.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• A degree or diploma (Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred)
• Self starter
• Organized
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of media production.
• Being comfortabl in front and behind the camera.
• Creative and innovative mindset to creat social media content.
• Graphic design skills are an asset.
• Able to work in a timely fashion.
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Write content that's clear, concise, and engaging.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  
• Ability to take initiative and multi-task; can work under pressure with tight deadlines and evolving priorities with multiple internal clients and brands
• Energetic, positive and results oriented
• Basic decision-making skills related to daily duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Must possess a valid G class drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Must be able to drive between all our locations.
