We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for generating revenue growth, achieving sales objectives with existing client accounts, and growing business within the territory. This position develops and executes client plans for assigned accounts and identifies opportunities to implement OSG's solutions to meet client needs. The Client Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with the training and consulting teams along with other internal stakeholders to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction and retention.

This is a full-time permanent position, based out of our London, ON office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client plans for assigned accounts, ensuring a strong understanding of client needs and business objectives.
  • Accountable for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of value-add solutions.
  • Prepare and present effective proposals to existing clients, delivering health and safety solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Promote OSG at key events and effectively serve as a brand ambassador in the market.
  • Provide data, insights, and market intelligence to help support other sales plans.
  • Ensure frequent client contact and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with OSG services, as well as health and safety legislation, trends and industry practices.
  • Communicate potential new opportunities (such as new products, services, and customers) to internal development teams.
  • Act as a role model internally and externally by demonstrating knowledge of health and safety and wellness practices, weighing options for sound risk management decision-making.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year inside sales B2B experience.
  • Previous health and safety experience or education is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively are essential in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • A deep commitment to understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address client concerns and challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within OSG to find solutions, and ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive engagement.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to handling client inquiries and concerns, with the ability to de-escalate situations when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales.

  • Competitive Compensation: OSG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage, and other perks. The on-target-earning (OTE) for this position is $75,000 - comprised of $55,000 base and $20,000 performance bonus. Please note that the bonus is not capped.
