What Youll Do:

• Provide a variety of esthetics services that follow Hand & Stones protocol to ensure an exceptional experience for every client
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and customize their treatments
• Stay on top of industry trends and participate in ongoing training to offer the best services and advice possible
• Support our spas growth by suggesting add-ons or additional services when appropriate
• Work closely with your team and Spa Manager to help promote and grow our esthetics services
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, in line with health regulations
• Be comfortable with social media and able to create content that showcases our services and engages with our online community

A Few Things Were Looking for:

• Youve completed your Esthetic diploma, including Body Works as part of your curriculum, and youre comfortable providing full-body relaxation massages.
• Experience: We prefer at least 2 years working as an Esthetician, but were also open to passionate individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
• A love for skincare, with experience in retail or sales being a bonus!
• Laser hair removal and micro-needling experience would be a great asset, but were happy to help you learn if youre eager.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment but also has the drive to succeed independently.
• Comfortable with social media and creating engaging content to help showcase the spas offerings.
• A commitment to following Health Canada guidelines to keep everyone safe.
