Supplement King Supplement Advisor job profileThe Supplement Advisor Role is the core of the store's success and staff culture.This role requires you to lead by example with every staff and customer interaction. We rely on YOU to make Supplement King a welcoming and goal-oriented environment that is a safe and inclusive space for all customers.The Supplement Advisor responsibilities are included by not limited to the following:Customer Experience

• Executing the 5 Sales steps with every customer
• Ensuring the store cleanliness is always upheld to a superior standard
• Fluent with all online order types and how to use the supplementking.ca website
• Completing customer Returns and Price Matching
• Understanding and able to communicate our SK Everyday Value Programs (Free over $300 level, Free over $125 level, $40 and over free stadium cup & sample and Everyday Mix n Match)
• Understanding and able to communicate our SK Loyalty Programs (Royalty Rewards, Elite, Military and GoodLife 15%)

Staff Culture

• Understanding our Brand DNA, Brand Guidelines & our Policies and Procedures
• Daily use of SCOOP platform, Monday.com, NCR Counterpoint and UKG softwares
• Attending staff daily shift huddles/crossovers, weekly and monthly Staff meetings
• Ensuring yourself as well as new associates are completing their onboarding in full
• Must be willing to give and receive feedback on tasks, performance and knowledge so we can all learn and grow together

Business Performance

• Daily use of central communication tools
• Daily use and understanding of POS system
• Following weekly/monthly staff schedules
• Monitoring and reviewing daily POS reports such as negatives, ticket history, drawer summary and returns
• Reviewing Month End performance and goal setting with Divisional Manager/Owner
• Contributing to the store goals that ALL Daily/Weekly/Monthly tasks are completed properly and on time

Merchandising/Product Knowledge

• Understand and execute our store merchandising plan
• Ensuring all price tags are up to date
• Daily completion of inventory counts, stock rotation and tracking short dated products
• Understand and explain our flyer items and their specific merchandising plan
• Understanding and completing all product receiving's in the POS system

Community Involvement

• Always representing and upholding the Supplement King brand; both online and within the local community
• Contributing to your store social media channels posting (as per either district or marketing manager direction) and customer interactions
• Attending external demo's and completing flyer drop offs offsite as directed by district manager
• Help schedule, facilitate and communicate internal store demo's as directed by district manager

Day range:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Shift
• Extra shifts as needed
• Holidays as needed
• Extra shifts as needed for large scale sales events
