If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Social Media Sales Consultant.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting small to medium-sized companies to maximize their social media presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outreach and Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to a diverse range of small to medium-sized companies to understand their unique goals and challenges related to social media marketing.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations showcasing various social media marketing tools to potential clients. Highlight how these tools can enhance their online presence and drive engagement.
- Strategic Optimization: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies for optimizing their social media pages. Advise them on best practices, content creation, and engagement techniques to increase page views, clicks, and brand exposure, ultimately boosting revenues.
- Budget Allocation and Upselling: Guide clients in effectively allocating their resources to their social media budget. Upsell additional tools and services that align with their needs, and inform them of ongoing promotions to maximize their investment.
- Quota Achievement: Work towards achieving set quotas and targets for increasing engagement, and upselling products. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine your approach and drive success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of B2B/ B2C sales, social media marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Day to Day
- Fast-paced, busy, productivity is a key element of success. Expectation is being on the phone most of the day making outbound calls.
- Proactive outreach (cold calling) from a list of advertisers and pitching to the prospective client and engaging them into wanting to set up a full value call.
- With proactive outreach (cold calling), it can be repetitive work as a candidate may not always reach the client on the first second or third call.
- The goal is to have a minimum of 4+ full-value calls scheduled per day in your calendar, each one of these calls lasting 30-45 min.
- Time spent in between full-value calls will be:
- Proactive outreach (cold calling) from a list of businesses
- Following up with advertisers, checking in on how they are doing, answering emails
- Trainings, huddles, coaching sessions
- Contact research
Hours/Training
- Monday – Friday. Shifts can vary anywhere between 9 am-6:30 pm, and hours may vary between 35-44hrs / per week. Shift bids are placed to determine which shift candidate gets based on metrics on a monthly basis
- Training is an 8-week training program. 4 weeks of in-classroom training and 4 weeks of Nesting. Going live with a list of advertisers and starting making calls, the candidate will have support from our trainers, SMEs and Team Leads

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $20.43 per hour
