Role Overview:
We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a motivated individual who prefers a balance of project management and office work rather than on-site supervision. The Project Manager will focus on paperwork, coordination, and communication while leading various projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial construction projects valued between $1 million to $20 million, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Procore to track progress and manage project timelines.
- Contribute to our strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development, with growth potential towards Senior Project Manager or Director roles in the future.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Procore.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your style to different audiences.
- A collaborative mindset with a hunger for growth and success.

- Salary Range:
- Intermediate: $85,000 - $120,000
