Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations and support the General Manager in strategic planning and implementation.
- Lead and mentor the service team to uphold high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Collaborate with management to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to uphold our commitment to guest and staff safety.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to foster skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume upscale environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
