Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house operations and support the General Manager in strategic planning and implementation.
• Lead and mentor the service team to uphold high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Collaborate with management to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to uphold our commitment to guest and staff safety.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to foster skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume upscale environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
