We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and who will maintain and increase industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. You will liaise with your team to resolve customer inquiries (via phone, chat and email channels) and you will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Location: This role is Full Time in Office on John St in Downtown Toronto.

- Have worked in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics/3PL space, in driver dispatch and/or customer service.

What you'll be doing:
- Monitor and contribute to drivers and routes being on time and in full
- Handle all inbound queries from the driver teams on the road via different channels (phone, chat, email)
- Liaise with the CS team to close the loop on all customer inquiries
- Maintain and increase industry-leading customer satisfaction scores
- Work closely with the Regional Transportation leaders in driver performance management
- Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a customer service / driver dispatch role
- Exceptional client service mentality
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Flexibility is required with respect to hours of work as the incumbent may be required to work rotating shifts in a 16/7 environment, including days, evenings, weekends and general holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce / logistics 3PL industry
- Bilingual (English AND French or Spanish) experience
- Experience with Zendesk or Hubspot is an asset
- Experience working with the Google suite of applications
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment
