Clearance: All applicants, including applicants that may work remotely, must be eligible to secure CGP Clearance within 6 months of applying for it. Field will assist applicant in applying for CGP Clearance.
General Duties:
Work closely with the Program Manager and Program Team to create the detailed set up of job cards and production of the job card package.
Essential Job Functions:
• Create and issue appropriate work packages for work to be carried out and distribute work packages as per project plan to project team.
• Responsible for setting up of manufactured and install items as appropriate in JDE.
• Generate routine work cards and manufacture job cards.
• Responsible for transferring the parts list and routing from drawings into JDE.
• Identify delays in completion of W/O and work with the Assistant Program Manager to minimize schedule impact.
• Identify material shortages and work with the Program Purchaser to minimize schedule impact.
• Manage the W/O planning and ensure work order data is managed appropriately.
• Track the status of the work orders and prioritize work orders for closure.
• Ensure all job cards are completed and filed in preparation for Program certification release and completion.
• After final certification of the Program package job cards for long term store
• Analyze, understand, and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics and coordinate with operations and engineering personnel to resolve issues and expedite.
• Support quality and safety requirements in identifying and ensuring conformance.
• Ensure risks to planned completion schedules are known and mitigation plans established.
• Work with the project expeditor to ensure adequate material, shop supplies and tooling are available to complete projects.
• And any other duties as assigned by program management.

Education: Bachelor of mechanical / aerospace, Degree in Business or related project management experience (preferred)
