Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Director focused on building brand credibility and nurturing high-quality prospects for our solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy with a focus on B2B and account-based marketing (ABM).

Leading the Marketing team, the Director will leverage a deep understanding of business dynamics, market positioning, and customer segmentation to drive high-impact campaigns that build brand awareness and foster ICP engagement. Success in this role requires a blend of creative content marketing, strategic leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Get To Do:

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) tactics and implement multi-channel strategies to generate high-quality engagement with target ICPs.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing tactics across content, webinars, email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels.

Content and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Manage content production and campaign development from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand messaging and goals.
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes using email, social media, and content marketing to ensure consistent touchpoints.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals and sales objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales, client service, tech) to gather insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Drive marketing initiatives that contribute to demand generation and revenue growth, supporting overall business priorities.
  • Budget Management:
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Track and report on the ROI of marketing activities, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize budget spend and improve overall campaign performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives against department KPIs.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and adjust marketing tactics for optimal outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Proven track record of owning the entire marketing function and driving company goals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs, budget management, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Best-practice knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), Google Ads, webinars, and events.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics, including CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and apply innovative strategies.
