Responsibilities
  • As a Payroll Manager, your primary role will be to oversee the company's payroll processes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • System Management: Maintain and update payroll systems as necessary.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports related to earnings, deductions, taxes, etc., providing insightful analysis.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal/state regulations affecting pay practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience using relevant software (Ceridian Dayforce, ADP) is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
