FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance management.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records by reconciling bank and credit card statements.
• Manage sales taxes in both USA and Canada jurisdictions.
• Enhance operational efficiency by updating ERP system modules, such as Power BI.
• Evaluate sales patterns, promotional effectiveness, product return rates, month-on-hand analysis, and landed cost reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and finalize monthly financial reports, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Financial Statements, and cash flow, ensuring compliance with ASPE and USA laws.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective management practices.
• Establish pricing strategies to meet contribution targets and desired sales velocity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must Have CPA
• Must Have 3-5 Years Experience in Full Cycle Accounting
• Must Have 3-5 Years Experience in Dealing with Retail Markets
• Must Have Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
• Advanced Experience with Reporting Tools and Advanced Excel is an Advantage to this role
• Good Leadership is required for this role
