Product Owner Level: Mid - Senior

Please Note: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

Overview:

As the Product Owner for Spring Financial's personal finance app, you will be the visionary driving force behind our product, from concept to iteration. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the app, ensuring our app not only delights users but also aligns with our growth-driven objectives. This role demands a dynamic mix of product management savvy, hands-on experience with native mobile app development, and a sharp focus on marketing strategies that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of the personal finance app, focusing on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) optimization.
  • Oversee the product roadmap, managing the lifecycle of features from concept to release and continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, using these insights to refine product offerings and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, marketing, and compliance, to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies.
  • Utilize mobile app analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer and Adjust to monitor user behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze user engagement and retention data to implement changes that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Create launch materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging both organic and paid channels.
  • Manage Mobile App Install (MAI) and Mobile App Engagement (MAE) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta to maximize ROI.
  • Implement re-engagement strategies, including push notifications and in-app messaging, to keep users active and engaged.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on product objectives and achieve business goals.
  • Report on product performance, GTM results, and financial outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • You have built very strong cross-department relationships with other teams. Managers of other teams speak highly of you and enjoy working with you.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within the mobile app or fintech industries.
  • Proficient in the design and development of native mobile applications.
  • Familiar with mobile app analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Experienced in running MAI and MAE advertising campaigns on Google and Meta.
  • Knowledgeable in re-engagement strategies like push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive product decisions.
  • Start-up experience is not required but it's an asset
