Rate of Pay is $21.25/hours and $22.50 following 3 month probation.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30 Maybe the odd Saturday if business requires.

Work in our workshop under our master cabinet maker with a variety of wood equipment.

We have

• table saw
• radial arm saw
• jointer/planer
• four side molder/planer
• 24”thickness planer
• 36” belt sander

Three wood kilns, two hardwood and one softwood

Load and unload our kilns.

Set and monitor drying times for the kilns.
Bring and remove the lumber to/ from the kilns and work shop.
Deal with customers loading their orders.

Key Requirements:

- Experience with lumber or woodworking products and services

- Be able to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

- Work well independently and with a team

- Motivated, self disciplined individual with a strong work ethic

- Ability to listen and understand customer needs

- Ability to lift 35 to 40 kg articles

- Physically fit to handle outdoor weather conditions and diversified temperatures

- Show up to work on time and ready to work
