Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee large-scale hardscape projects from start to finish.

• Coach, lead, and develop lead hands/technicians.

• Interpret and implement construction blueprints and designs.

• Direct the excavation and site preparation process.

• Use technology to track crew performance and project time.

• Interact with clients professionally and prioritize excellent customer service.

• Take initiative to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in the landscape construction industry.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Demonstrated professionalism and competence in client interactions.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with GPS survey equipment (an asset).

• Experience with heavy equipment (an asset).
