About the Opportunity
  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on tax planning, compliance, and reporting matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and government authorities.
  • Advise management and other stakeholders in business transactions, projects, proposed M A.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and above market teams and global tax to ensure tax considerations are incorporated into business decisions and transactions.
  • Conduct tax risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate potential risks
  • Lead a team responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, including corporate income tax returns, transfer pricing documentation etc.
  • Participate in and support tax audits and resolve any tax-related disputes or issues.
  • Be an active member of the Finance Leadership team whose role is to build a high-performing finance function fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and promoting continuous learning and growth.
About You
  • CPA, CA Designation
  • Completion of In-depth tax courses (or equivalent)
  • 12-15+ years of progressive Tax experience, with some Public Accounting experience. Experience in industry (preferred)
Salary Range$180,000 - $230,000/year
