Real Estate Clerk - Mississauga
Job description
Our client is a busy firm based in Mississauga entering a period of rapid growth and they are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Law Clerk with exceptional detail-oriented skills to become part of their core team.
Your new role
In this new role you will be reporting directly to the lawyer. You will be responsible for completing purchase and mortgage files from start to finish. You will be tasked with the preparation and reviewing of bank documents as well as drafting and coordinating necessary the necessary documentation required for closing. You will be conducting and reviewing title searches, off-title searches and drafting requisitions. You will be organising and coordinating files and closings. Part of your duties will be registration of documentation in Teraview and Conveyancer.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 3-years experience in residential real estate transactions. Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Teraview and MS Word and Outlook. Knowledge of subdivision work and builder sales transactions is an asset. Excellent oral and written skills.
