- (Preferred) MUST be a current commercial banker or a branch manager at one of the 5 major banks in Canada
- Must be experienced in all cash managements services offered by a bank
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide appropriate recommendations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
- Experience in client relationship management and sales
- Certifications in Banking or Financial Services is a plus
