The Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a crew members for Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal. They will be the first point of contact for customers so they will provide excellent customer service while they assist in the safe clearing of snow and control of ice. The Field Technician will work alongside a team of peers and collaborate in performing their duties. Some key responsibilities include:

• Perform general landscape maintenance for a variety of commercial properties year round.
• Operate and maintain various equipment.

---Requirements---

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with driving experience of at least 3 years.
• Provide a Driver's Abstract with no serious infractions
• Experience driving with a trailer is good to have or willing to learn
• Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials
• Must be reliable. Must be able to show up to work every day on time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete work in given time.
• Requires good manual dexterity
• Excellent stamina is required
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat/humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
• Mainly M-F Spring/Summer and occasional weekend work
• Winter hours is weather dependent
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Must have Cell phone with data plan for mobile completion of sites

Working Conditions:

• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Must wear Steel Toe Boots at all times.
• Must wear applicable personnel protective equipment at all times (i.e., safety glasses) when required.
• Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, hot, cold, rain, snow, or shine, we will be serving our customers.
