Brand Ambassador responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with provided leads and existing clientele to promote our clients brand, offer upgrades, close deals and expand the customer base.
• Listen attentively to prospects, analyzing their preferences and tailoring personalized recommendations and product solutions to their unique needs.
• Create impactful service/product presentations highlighting benefits and alignment with customer needs with the goal of closing sales.
• Show excitement towards customers' inquiries with eagerness to answer all the questions and take pride in our brand.
• Follow up with customers after a sale to express gratitude for engagement, confirm product/service installation, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Turn any arising challenges into opportunities for exceptional customer service, exceeding clients' expectations, and a skill of overturning negatives.
• Attend daily meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, negotiation and sales techniques, industry trends, and competitor offers.
• Regularly attend meetings with a supervisor to review sales performance and adjust strategies for improvement.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, support, sales, or client acquisition with a strong track record in communication and customer interaction
• Effective organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Enjoys working closely with people in a dynamic environment
• Empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious, and focused on customer satisfaction
• Skilled in building relationships with people through conversation
• Willing to undergo a background check upon successful completion of the hiring process
• Full-time availability and comfortable commuting to the office daily
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business or related fields is preferred
• Valid Drivers License is preferred
• Personal Vehicle is preferred
