Anchor Managed Solutions is looking for an energetic, experienced, Tier 2 (or better) technician for our helpdesk. We are looking for someone fun who likes to be challenged but also enjoys a fun work environment of like-minded people. This person is willing to work extra hours and ensure escalations and service issues are resolved in a timely manner. As a member of the Anchor helpdesk team, your #1 priority is customer satisfaction. This person must also have excellent written skills and be able to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely.
Minimum 4 years experience in IT. At least 2 years of Managed Services Helpdesk experience is desirable.
Great certifications to have:
A+, Server+, Network+, Microsoft MS-100 (O365)
Other certifications that would be good to have are:
ITIL, Azure AZ-900, MCSA.
