Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Direct to Film (DTF) Printer Operator to join our dynamic team. As a DTF Printer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our direct to film printers to produce high-quality prints for a variety of applications. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a passion for producing exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor direct to film printers to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Prepare and set up printer equipment, including loading films and inks.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure prints meet company standards.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating direct to film printers preferred.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to printing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with color management and print production software is a plus.
