Our great client in the Dartmouth area needs a service person with service experience and Motorized pleasure sport knowledge !
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain vehicle/vessel problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms, scheduling service and offering service advice in a positive respectful manner.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Inspect unit with customer, and obtain VIN, and plate numbers from vehicle.
• Provide correct product knowledge when answering questions and concerns.
• Act as liaison between customers and mechanics.
• Inform customers about any additional work or parts required – get customer approval.
• Determine what parts are required, and order through parts department.
• Work with the Parts Department to ensure correct inventory control and provide technicians with parts on a timely basis.

Education & Experience:

• Prefer interest or experience in power sport industry
• Grade 12 High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook)
• Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
• Detailed oriented / excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean, presentable and professional appearance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Wage rage between $20-22 hourly; based on experience
