Quality Assurance Specialist – Peloton Frac

Reports To: Web Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is to play an active role in testing new features and bug fixes in web-based and Windows applications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Office setting: Full time, in office.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Validate the work of the development team and test new and existing features.
• Develop automated test scripts to create repeatable UI tests.
• Create and implement test plans.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the QA process and procedures.

Other Duties:

• Review and improve documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and help determine the root cause of software problems.

Required Experience:

• A degree or diploma in engineering or software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Quality Assurance and testing over a range of implementation environments.
• Experience developing automated tests using Playwright or Selenium.
• Solid SQL experience.
• Previous experience in the energy sector is an asset.
• Understanding of load and performance testing in systems built on cloud software.
