Who You Are:
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent.
- Completion of post-secondary studies in construction, building technology, engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Certification and Journeyman Carpenter ticket are preferred.
- Experienced in managing projects in excess of $15 million.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Projects.
- Valid and clean driver's license, with a willingness to travel to various sites.
- Proven ability to take initiative and be respectful of diversity.
What You Will Do:
- Effectively manage and coordinate your workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to attain targeted profit and schedule.
- Manage cost control during construction.
- Implement Quality Control Programs.
- Work closely with project managers, project coordinators, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues and problems as or before they occur.
- Competitive compensation of $45 - $55 per hour.
