Job Duties :
  • Establishes personalized telephone/in person/email contact with prospects/clients.
  • Educates and advises our clients on insurance products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
  • discussions with clients/prospects, to uncover their specific insurance needs, to provide them options/solutions to meet those needs or gap in coverage.
  • Work with the team to service our existing clients and completes requests for changes to their policies
  • follow up with clients for outstanding items
  • prospecting existing clients for additional products
  • sending emails/calls to people we have previously insured or previously quoted and quote them again
  • generating referrals and new leads
Job Requirements:
  • Strong telephone communication and people skills
  • multi task and to ability to manage time effectively
  • be able to apply varying underwriting guidelines/procedures based on a particular client profile
  • Ability to build trust, be a good listener, patient and be likeable.
  • provide customer service to existing customers in a quick, efficient, friendly and accurate manner
  • sending emails/calls to people we have previously insured or previously quoted and quote them again
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience in any industry
  • Insurance experience in sales/service would be an asset
  • Property and Casualty license - existing OTL or RIBO licence an asset
  • fluent in English is required
  • fluent in Spanish would be an asset
  • LLQP licence would be an asset
